CTAE SHOWCASE
The 3rd Annual CTAE Showcase was held on 12/10/21 at Dekalb Agriculture, Technology & Environment Charter School INC’s new Performing Arts and STEAM Annex. The showcase included student presentations in Animation, Drones, Green Cars and Film & Photography. This year’s program supporters and sponsors also include the Blender Foundation, Universal Phoenix Group, Block By Block Publishing, Aerialnomics, Konsole Kingz, Kinship Works and Digital Dance Culture. Special Virtual Reality and Motion Capture workshops were also held by Georgia State professor Ola Gardner.
Dekalb Agriculture, Tech & Environment Charter School 7th Grade CTAE Digital Media students participate in the 3rd Annual CTAE Showcase, presenting digital media basics covering film, photography and more. Observers participated in photo shoots in front of green screen.
Dekalb Agriculture, Tech & Environment Charter School 8th Grade CTAE Drones students participate in the 3rd Annual CTAE Showcase, presenting historical and technical info and demonstrating on an obstacle course.
Dekalb Agriculture, Tech & Environment Charter School 5th Grade CTAE Animation students participate in the 3rd Annual CTAE Showcase, presenting the 12 principles of 2D & 3D Animation.
Dekalb Agriculture, Tech & Environment Charter School 6th Grade CTAE Green Cars students participate in the 3rd Annual CTAE Showcase, introducing and demonstrating the various tools and process to building Green Cars.
CJ Peters returns for another edition and excerpt to the scholars involved in the CTAE Showcase and STEAM in general. Peters, Founder and CEO of Konsole Kingz, brings us up to date with the latest NFT craze, his movement in the gaming and NFT/crypto space and drops some tips for the scholars on cultivating ideas.
Resident contributor, executive and street dance legend, Daniel Price brings a new outlook on the evolution of technology, crypto-currencies and the booming NFT industry. Price reveals some new projects he’s working on and gives the CTAE Showcase community a glimpse at what’s possible with the upcoming CTAE Program NFT project, SOLSTEAM.
